I want to share my Persian culture with my son, Rumi. But mostly, I want to share it with you. The best way I can get myself out there is through the recipes of the foods I grew up with. These recipes have been given to me by either my mom or dad, aunts/uncles, grandparents and they have been tweaked by me. Using my culinary background, I hope to share with you the Iran I grew up with in America.
